The Carp Society invites you to join our members-only syndicate at the renowned Ashmead Fishery in Somerset, set in the heart of the wetlands.
Ashmead offers unparalleled carp fishing opportunities for some of the country's finest Carp in a breathtaking wild wetland. Spread across 17 acres of stunning Somerset wetland, featuring 29 islands, Ashmead forms a majestic watery labyrinth rich with channels, gullies, and secluded bays. Every twist and turn reveals a different area, leaving anglers spoilt for choice whrn choosing a fishing spot. The largest carp ever recorded at Ashmead weighed 58lb, with the biggest caught since Society ownership reaching 49lb and ounces.
At Ashmead, around 99% of your angling will be close‑range, with many fish known to appear right under your feet—placing you truly at the heart of the action.
